Stop Living with Insomnia

Insomnia is classified as a
sleeping disorder. It is the most common sleep disorder with
millions of Americans suffering each day. Insomnia is the
inability to fall asleep or have a complete, quality sleep. Many
people with insomnia not only have trouble falling asleep, but
staying asleep is also a problem.
Many people wake in the middle of the night several times and by
the morning are extremely fatigued and irritable. If you are not

suffer, whether at work or in your personal life.
Here are some tips to treat insomnia:
* Avoid alcohol in the evening
* Avoid stimulants such as caffeine in the evening
* Check any prescription medication that you are taking for
sleep side effects
* If you are experiencing stress and anxiety, try to clear your
mind when you go to bed
* Eat a healthy diet and exercise more frequently
* Come up with a night time routine
* Sleep in a relaxing, quiet environment
